01
Scope
This policy covers the public website at lumegrid.ai and information you submit through its contact or access-request forms. It does not replace a customer agreement, data-processing addendum, or product-specific notice that may govern a LumeGrid deployment.
If another agreement applies to your use of a LumeGrid service, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this website policy.
02
Information we collect
You may give us your name, work email, inquiry topic, organization context, and message. We also receive ordinary request data needed to deliver and secure a website, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested path, timestamps, and diagnostic or abuse-prevention signals.
Please do not send credentials, regulated records, confidential customer data, or other sensitive material through the public contact form.
03
Analytics and local storage
Public-site analytics load only when LumeGrid has explicitly enabled them and you have granted analytics consent. When enabled, page measurement is limited to the site origin and path; query strings and private signing or onboarding routes are excluded.
You can withhold or withdraw analytics consent through the site’s Cookie choices control. Your choice is stored locally, expires after 180 days, and can be changed at any time. When it expires, the site asks again. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics measurement and removes LumeGrid-readable Google Analytics cookies. Essential storage may still be used for security, session continuity, or a preference you request.
04
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate design-partner and access requests, operate and improve the public site, protect LumeGrid and its users, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, that basis may be your consent, steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, or a legal obligation.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use public-site submissions for cross-context behavioral advertising.
05
Service providers and disclosure
Vendors that support hosting, content delivery, security, diagnostics, and email delivery may process limited information for us under their own contractual and security obligations. For example, when configured, an email-delivery provider transmits contact-form messages to our team.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction. We do not authorize service providers to use public-site submissions for their own advertising.
06
Retention and security
We keep website inquiries and related records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including follow-up, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention can vary with the nature of the inquiry and any later relationship.
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the public-site risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so do not submit secrets through a general inquiry form.
07
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or contact a privacy regulator.
Send a request to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Some information may be retained where law permits or requires it.
08
International use, children, and changes
The site may be operated through providers in more than one country. Where required, transfers are handled through an appropriate legal mechanism. The public site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy as the site and product evolve. A material revision will be identified by a new last-updated date on this page.
