01
Agreement and scope
By using the public LumeGrid website, you agree to these terms. If you use a private preview, hosted service, API, or design-partner environment, a separate agreement may apply and will control for that service.
If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter this agreement on your own behalf or for the organization you represent.
02
Public information, not a service commitment
The site describes LumeGrid's work, current direction, and selected technical capabilities. Product surfaces may be private, experimental, incomplete, or available only by agreement. A roadmap, architecture description, or capability status is not a promise of general availability, delivery date, certification, or future functionality.
Website content is general information. It is not legal, security, compliance, financial, or other professional advice, and it should not replace your own assessment.
03
Permitted use
You may view and use the public site for legitimate evaluation, communication, and research about LumeGrid. You may not interfere with the site; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; evade security controls; scrape at a volume that impairs service; impersonate another person; or use the site unlawfully.
Do not probe, scan, or test LumeGrid systems without written authorization. Good-faith security reports can be sent to [email protected].
04
Intellectual property
The site, software, designs, text, marks, and other materials are owned by LumeGrid or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the public site; they do not transfer ownership or grant a license to LumeGrid software or trademarks.
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
05
Submissions and feedback
You remain responsible for information you submit and must have the right to provide it. Do not send trade secrets, credentials, regulated records, or content that infringes another party's rights through a general inquiry form.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you allow LumeGrid to use it without restriction or payment, while we continue to handle any personal information under our Privacy Policy.
06
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on third-party services. LumeGrid does not control their availability, content, or practices, and use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
07
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any public-site feature at any time. We try to keep information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current, secure, or available without interruption.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
08
Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumeGrid and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the public site. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
09
General terms and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; LumeGrid may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the relevant business.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Any separately executed agreement with LumeGrid remains independent of these website terms.
